Amanda Safra
Founder & Managing Director
Since 2009
Amanda has interviewed candidates, checked employment histories and references at the source, and advised families on hiring decisions.
Before founding Ellery, she worked on the client side of luxury, with Ritz-Carlton, Brunello Cucinelli, Saks Fifth Avenue, Porsche and Tesla.
She founded Ellery Agency in Park City in 2026. She also co-founded MaidProvider.ph, a licensed household staffing firm in the Philippines, and continues to lead it. The two businesses operate separately.
Away from work, she spends her time with Aslan, her golden retriever.
Direct involvement in every search
She reviews every role brief, candidate work history, reference, and proposed introduction. She remains involved through placement.
Ellery limits the number of active searches so each receives her full attention.
