How the process works

We discuss your experience, working style, expectations, and the roles you are seeking.

When a role is relevant, we verify the required work history and references. Third-party screening begins only after the required disclosure and authorization.

We make an introduction only when your experience and expectations match the role.
- 05Decide & start
If both sides wish to proceed, we confirm the compensation, schedule, start date, and agreed terms. Ellery remains available during the transition.

Before we share your profile, we explain the confirmed responsibilities, schedule, compensation, location, travel, reporting line, and any live-in or live-out arrangement. We also tell you what is still being decided.
You choose whether you want to be considered, and we ask before sharing your information with a household.
